About Gems & Jewels

We consider all of our students to be precious ‘Gems & Jewels’ that are equipped with the ability to transmit light and sparkle intensely (just like a ‘diamond’). Therefore, our strategy is to develop and polish the hidden worth that is within each student to reach their full potential. We add value to students through enhancing mentorship and programs to discover and develop their esteem and to expose their self-worth. Understanding our identity summarizes our purpose, ambitions, values, and the mindset we need to succeed. Overall, the ‘Gems & Jewels’ Program offers a full catalogue of programs and services that provide social skill development for students 13-18 years of age. Students who participate in our programs will develop the ability to make social choices that will strengthen their interpersonal relationships and facilitate success in school. Along with that, we offer a special program called ‘Gem Kidz’ for our kids from 4-12 years of age.

GJMEC is a not-for-profit organization that serves a diverse demographic of youth and young adults of various cultures.

GJMEC Programs are a set of comprehensive self-awareness programs structured with key components such as value and purpose, designed to stimulate, motivate, and activate the mind of our youth and young adults. Our programs assist our youth and young adults in improving self-worth, motivation, productivity, behavior, good citizenship, improved synergy with others, building stronger communities and, many other developing attributes.

GJMEC teaches life-application principles through experiences and education, thereby resulting in discovery and empowerment.

GJMEC offers services that not only empower our youth and young adults, but also strengthen the family unit.
